Vegan Pumpkin Pie Chai Latte

Vegan Pumpkin Pie Chai Latte You know fall has arrived with you walk by Starbucks and you see that they are serving their famous pumpkin spice latte. Well I love anything pumpkin when the cold weather arrives. I don’t however want all the coffee, sugar, dairy, and calories of the Starbucks original. Here I created a hot drink that brings me the same warm feeling without doing harm to my healing body. Drinking it really makes me feel that Fall has arrived. Now all I want to do is curl up and relax with my drink. Vegan Pumpkin Pie Chai Latte 4oz hot water 2 tea bags chai tea (I use Trader Joe’s) 4oz vegan cream or milk (I used Mimiccreme’s almond & cashew cream for coffee) 1 Tbsp pumpkin purée 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Stevia to taste (or alittle agave or maple syprup will work if you don’t mind the extra sugar)
