Muffuletta Picnic

My sister-in-law and niece are visiting our area from San Francisco this week. They are spending the afternoon with us at the pool. So I have made a lunch spread that can be eaten pool side. On the menu is a muffuletta, chunky gazpacho, sun tea, chips, and an assortment of fruit we got at the farmer’s market this morning. I love packing the gazpacho and sun tea in glass canning jars because it makes it so portable and eco friendly.
