I have been working on the best gluten free pizza crust for many years. After many failed attempts I have finally succeeded! The crust was tasty, thin, and more importantly had the right type of crunch for a good pizza. Usually gluten free crust tend to be spongy or soggy. Some of the good ones on the market are super expensive and most contain eggs and diary. For tonight’s dinner I made it with caramelized onions, orange peppers, and broccoli. My family was so happy to bring back Friday Pizza Night with success. I felt so triumphant!
